Ruto attends Ronnie Kiprono wedding

President William Ruto joined a high-profile guest list at an upscale wedding held at Karen Blixen Museum on Saturday, April 12. The ceremony marked the union of Ronnie Kiprono and Terry Mwendwa, drawing prominent political figures and business elites, largely aligned with the Kenya Kwanza administration.

The event stood out for its opulence, with guests arriving in a striking convoy of luxury vehicles, including dozens of Mercedes-Benz G-Wagons. Photos from the venue showed politicians and businessmen interacting freely, giving the occasion the feel of both a celebration and an informal networking gathering.

Among those present were Nandi governor Stephen Sang, MPs Oscar Sudi and Nelson Koech, as well as UDA Secretary General Hassan Omar and Mining CS Hassan Joho. Governors Cecily Mbarire, Anne Waiguru and Susan Kihika were also in attendance, alongside senior government officials and notable business figures.

During the ceremony, a few selected leaders addressed the gathering, with President Ruto offering his well wishes to the couple and presenting them with a special painting to mark their marriage.
