President William Ruto on Thursday met over 30 members of the County assembly of Kitui.
Taking to his social media account , Ruto reiterated the government commitment to enhance inclusive governance and ensure equitable distribution of resources.
He said his administration is working with leaders from all regions to ensure no citizen or region is left behind in the national development agenda.
“The bedrock of a united nation is inclusive governance and the equitable distribution of resources across all parts of the country.
To achieve this, we are working with leaders from all over Kenya to ensure that no citizen and no region is left behind as we advance our national transformation agenda, ‘he said.
He revealed that during the session with members of the County assembly , they discussed ways to fast-track priority development projects in the county, including the construction and rehabilitation of dams to address persistent water shortages.
