Mueni Bolo, the wife of renowned fashion designer Bolo Bespoke, has addressed recent rumors suggesting that her husband might marry a Luo woman as a second wife. These rumors arose after Bolo made a casual remark about possibly marrying again, sparking speculation among fans and critics alike.
In response to the allegations, Mueni firmly shut down the idea of her husband marrying another woman, especially from a different tribe. She explained that while some may expect men in intercultural marriages to eventually return to their “tribal roots,” her relationship with Bolo is built on a strong foundation of love and trust that cannot easily be shaken.
Reflecting on their ten years of marriage, Mueni shared that their bond has weathered many challenges. “We’ve been through so much together—through the tough times, the good times, and everything in between. Bolo has been with me at my lowest, and I’ve been by his side at his lowest as well. We’ve been together for a decade, and nothing is going to break us apart,” she said with conviction.
She emphasized that Bolo’s comment about taking a second wife was just a lighthearted joke, and in her eyes, there was no truth behind the claim. Mueni made it clear that she knows her husband better than anyone else. “Bolo is not that kind of person,” she said. “He may have joked about it, but it won’t happen. Unless we are no longer together, I don’t see that as a possibility. We are in a good place now, and we’ve worked through all the challenges we’ve faced.”
Mueni also spoke on the notion of divorce, stressing that she has no intention of leaving her husband. “I can’t leave him. There is no leaving. We will continue to share our lives, even through the tough moments. If one of us falters, we will lift each other up,” she added, emphasizing their commitment to one another.
