TikTok sensation Youngblood Kamotho has earned a reputation for his energetic content and infectious humour, but beyond the cheerful videos is a personal history marked by sorrow, abandonment, and remarkable resilience. In a candid and moving account, the digital creator recently shared the painful details of his broken relationship with his father and the emotional burden he’s carried for years.

“My father despised me,” Youngblood revealed, his voice unsteady with emotion. “He would beat me while the entire family watched. Then, he walked out on us. He started another life, had five more children, and brought them into our home like we were nothing to him.”

The betrayal cut deep—not only because of the violence, but because of the emotional erasure that followed. The abandonment wasn’t just physical; it was a dismissal of his existence and worth. But perhaps the most devastating chapter was still to come. Youngblood admitted that under pressure, he was manipulated into betraying his own brother—a choice that led to his sibling’s incarceration.

“I was forced into turning against my own blood,” he confessed. “It’s a regret I’ll never shake. It destroyed more than just trust—it broke my spirit.”

The suffering didn’t stop there. Youngblood described further trauma at the hands of his father, who subjected him to the ordeal of circumcision not once but twice, in 2016 and again in 2018. While his brother was denied a chance at education, Youngblood was left to navigate the dysfunction and hostility of a home that offered no safety or support.

But amid the turmoil, a glimmer of hope emerged.

“My friend Steve took me in,” Youngblood recalled. “He stood by me and helped me search for my mother.”

That journey became the start of something healing. Reconnecting with his mother opened a door to peace, and speaking publicly about his past became a powerful act of liberation. When Youngblood finally decided to tell his story, the response was nothing short of astounding.

“Strangers came together to support us,” he said with amazement. “They helped us build a home—an actual mansion. I couldn’t believe the kindness.”
