Just a month after surviving a brutal attack that nearly took her life, Florence Wanjiku has made a remarkable recovery.
She is back on social media, sharing videos of herself dancing on TikTok, showcasing her resilience. While many have praised her strength, she has also encountered online trolling.
Amid the ongoing legal proceedings between Elias Njue and the state, Wanjiku has made it clear that she does not wish to be involved.
She has confirmed that she has not pursued charges against him and has no intention of giving a police statement regarding the incident.
“I don’t want him to go to jail. He has children who need him. I want him to live freely. My justice will come from above,” Wanjiku stated.

While she has forgiven Njue, Wanjiku emphasized that reconciliation or resuming their co-parenting relationship is not something she desires.
“I am ready to forgive him as per biblical teachings, but I do not want to revive our relationship,” she explained.
Njue, who faces charges related to the attack, was arraigned in a Molo court and later granted bail of Sh200,000 or a Sh500,000 bond.
In response to the online trolling she has received, Wanjiku shared that she feels liberated and is using dancing as a form of expression.
“Some people say I’m depressed, others claim I faked the injuries because I’ve healed quickly. I can’t post graphic images of my wounds to prove that I was stabbed 18 times. My doctor’s report is available to support my case. I’m just trying to bounce back,” she said.
She also revealed that TikTok has opened up new business opportunities, including for her latest venture, SoilSeeds Real Estate, a company she co-founded with her new hubby who is based in US.
