Energy Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi has categorically refuted the rumors that the broad-based government is about to fall, asserting that President William Ruto’s administration is still very much on track to implement its mandate up to the next general election.

While on a development visit to Kiponjos, Baringo County, Wandayi referred to the significance of a collective spirit and a common purpose within the coalition line. He indicated that the government’s range was a reflection of the face of Kenya, thus guaranteeing that no area or tribal community was left out in the leading of the country.

“The broad-based government is not only stable but also operator-focused to serve the people of Kenya. We are the people who will deliver development, not division,” said Wandayi.

On her part, the CS, who was with Baringo South MP Charles Kamuren, emphasized the ongoing exercise of electrifying the remote areas.

She said that smooth interconnectivity would make not only socio-economic development flourish but would also help in fighting insecurity in the left-out areas.
