Comedian Terence Creative has shared his thoughts on the ongoing drama between Alma Mutheu and her boyfriend, Gift Muziq.
Terence believes there’s nothing wrong with a woman supporting her man, even if he’s not financially stable. He suggested that women should give their money to their men, letting them manage it as the head of the house.
He also told women not to embarrass their boyfriends by airing their financial struggles and encouraged men to work harder. Terence said, “There’s nothing wrong with a boyfriend being supported by his girlfriend. Ladies, if he’s not financially stable and you’re doing better, support him and respect him until he’s able to stand on his own. Give him your money, let him manage it as the head of the house. Don’t expose your man to others. I was supported for over four years by my then-girlfriend @millychebby, who’s now my wife of 11 years. She paid almost all our bills. Stop airing your husbands’ struggles. One day, they’ll be stable and take care of you. For now, be patient and let him work hard.”
Alma made headlines after she revealed that her boyfriend wasn’t helping with the bills, leaving her to pay for everything. She also shared how he was living in her house but wasn’t fully contributing to the rent. Alma said she was fed up and had been telling Gift to step up for a while now.
