The campaign seeks to delight Safaricom customers with various gifts including live goats, Chickens, food hampers, airtime among other gifts.
Safaricom’s Sambaza Furaha campaign has entered its second week in the Mount Kenya Region, celebrating 24 years of customer connection.
The caravan, which began in Kenol, has toured Maragua, Murang’a, Kangema, and Kiriaini, spreading holiday cheer and offering customer care services.
Speaking during the caravan flag-off for the Mount Kenya tour, James Muteti, Regional Business Lead, Mt. Kenya, said:
“Safaricom’s initiative aims to gift customers with early Christmas delights while appreciating their loyalty. The campaign includes community-focused activities, such as opening a franchise shop in Kenol to improve access to Safaricom services and products,” said James.

The campaign has resonated with customers like Julius Macharia, who expressed his gratitude, saying:
“I want to thank Safaricom for celebrating and bringing an early Christmas to us here in Murang’a. I have been gifted a chicken and a food hamper, which I will celebrate with my family. My Christmas is well sorted.” Said Julius Macharia, customer.

Safaricom’s Sambaza Furaha caravan is spreading holiday cheer while engaging in community activities, including digital skills workshops, dealer engagements in Meru, and free medical camps in Tharaka Nithi County.
The caravan will also launch new franchise shops to enhance service accessibility.
It will tour various towns in Nyeri, Meru, and Embu counties throughout the week.
