Renowned reggae icon Luciano is scheduled to arrive in Kenya next week for a lineup of major appearances and performances.

The Jamaican singer, born Jepther McClymont, is expected to land on Monday, when he will be received by invited media, journalists, and digital content creators for an initial briefing capturing his arrival and first public remarks.

The following day, he will headline a main press conference at a hotel in Westlands, where he is set to outline details of his visit, upcoming shows, potential collaborations, and his message to Kenyan reggae lovers.

With Luciano’s deep-rooted fan base in the country, organizers anticipate strong attendance from both mainstream media and online platforms.

Luciano’s visit adds momentum to Kenya’s thriving reggae culture as the festive season begins, reaffirming the nation’s reputation as a favourite stop for global reggae stars.

A committed Rastafarian known for uplifting, conscious music, Luciano often opens his performances with readings from the Bible.

His artistry has earned him international recognition, including Grammy nominations for Best Reggae Album—first in 2002 for A New Day, and again in 2016 for Zion Awake.
