The Board of The Nairobi Hospital has reiterated its commitment to uninterrupted service delivery and leadership integrity, amid renewed scrutiny over internal management issues.

Speaking during a press briefing at the hospital’s amphitheatre, newly appointed Board Chair Barcley Onyambu assured stakeholders that recent leadership concerns would not disrupt patient care or institutional stability.“Leadership confidence is vital to any institution, particularly one central to community health. The reports on integrity are isolated and do not derail our mission,” Onyambu said.

Acting CEO Felix Osano echoed the Chair’s sentiments, affirming that the hospital remains focused on delivering trusted and quality healthcare.The Board has recently undergone changes to enhance governance and oversight, onboarding members with diverse expertise to drive institutional excellence. Onyambu expressed confidence that these changes will accelerate the hospital’s strategic growth.

The hospital also addressed an ongoing DCI probe that began with a raid on its premises. Although the High Court has issued orders staying the investigation and granted anticipatory bail to Board members, concerns about patient confidentiality have lingered.

The Board pledged full cooperation with authorities while protecting patient privacy.Amid internal disputes over doctor suspensions and governance, the hospital assured the public that all core services remain unaffected.“We are grateful for the continued support of Kenyans.
