Jubilee Health Insurance has launched J-Force, a digital platform designed to enhance efficiency in insurance distribution.
The platform streamlines policy management, client engagement, and transaction processing, offering a seamless, paperless experience for intermediaries.
J-Force provides real-time business insights and enables agents, brokers, and bancassurers to onboard clients, manage leads, issue policies, and track renewals with greater speed and precision.
The platform is accessible via a web portal on the Jubilee website and a mobile app for Android and iOS.
The launch event brought together industry stakeholders, regulators, and professionals to discuss the impact of technology on insurance distribution.
Speaking at the event, Njeri Jomo, CEO of Jubilee Health Insurance, emphasized the platform’s role in empowering intermediaries.
“We are equipping our partners with technology to work smarter, close deals faster, and enhance customer service anytime, anywhere,” she said.
Juan Cazcarra, Group COO at Jubilee Holdings, highlighted the industry’s digital shift.
“J-Force gives intermediaries the support they need to serve their clients better in today’s fast-paced world,” he stated.
With less than 3% of Kenya’s population insured, there is a growing need for accessible, tech-driven solutions.
The insurance industry, where over 60% of policies are still sold through agents and brokers, faces the challenge of balancing traditional face-to-face engagement with digital efficiency.
Alice Njoroge, Director of the Insurance Institute of Kenya (IIK), noted that technology is now essential in the industry.
“Digital platforms like J-Force enhance operational efficiency and drive professional growth,” she said.
The launch of J-Force marks a significant step in Kenya’s insurance digital transformation, positioning technology as a key driver of accessibility and efficiency in policy distribution.
