The Head of Presidential Special Projects and Creative Economy Dennis Itumbi has set the record straight about the alleged strained relationship between President William Ruto and his deputy, Kithure Kindiki.
Fallout claims between the two top leaders emerged after Kindiki missed the New Year celebrations at the Kisii State Lodge, where Ruto addressed the country, highlighting his administration’s successes and the plan for 2025.
However, Itumbi strongly dismissed the fallout allegations, saying the president and his deputy are busy delivering the Kenya Kwanza administration’s promises to the people.
He then challenged government critics to craft lies with more substance.
"Ati DP Kithure Kindiki was slapped by Farouk. Uwongo. Ati, there is a fallout; please craft uwongo that lasts. The president and his deputy are busy implementing the PLAN. This year the projects and programmes will speak. 2025, we will point out your lies in real-time," said Itumbi.
