Well-known city car dealer Joseph Kairo Wambui, widely recognized as Khalif Kairo, has been arrested once again, this time on accusations of defrauding a customer.

Sources indicate that Kairo allegedly failed to deliver a vehicle that was fully paid for by the complainant, despite the client settling the agreed amount. The incident has led to the dealer’s detention, with reports confirming his arrest on Saturday.

In one of the videos circulating online, Kairo can be heard expressing frustration to officers, insisting they not harass him. As the situation escalated, he firmly told the officers, “Si vita, you are not going to harass me, you can’t harass me bana! You wait I sort things out.” His comments reflected his determination to resolve the matter on his own terms.

However, tensions quickly rose as one of the officers responded aggressively, saying, “…Ebu thubutu! Wacha ujinga bwana! Do you think you are the first person to come here? Unaona niko na clients pale kwa ofisi…sitakuruhusu ulete ujinga hapa. Sisi tunapiga watu. Tutakupiga hapa saa hii tu!”

The exchange highlights the intensity of the confrontation as the officer threatened to take further action. Kairo was eventually taken to Capitol Hill Police Station, where the altercation was documented, sparking further public attention.
