Kenya’s renowned volleyball coach, Catherine Mabwi Kirongo, has been appointed to the prestigious Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) Coaches Commission, marking a monumental achievement for both Kenyan volleyball and the African continent.
Mabwi’s appointment places her alongside volleyball legends like Giovanni Guidetti, Karch Kiraly, and José Roberto Guimarães.
As the sole African representative, her inclusion is a recognition of her exceptional contributions to the sport and her vast coaching expertise.
