Mbeere North UDA candidate Leonard Wamuthende has said he is ready to accept any outcome in today’s by-election, even as he expressed strong confidence that he will emerge victorious.

Speaking on Thursday , Wamuthende urged his supporters to turn out in large numbers, cast their votes early, and then return home peacefully to await the official tally.

“I am prepared for any outcome, but I am confident the people of Mbeere North will give us the win. I urge all our supporters to vote and then go back home as we wait for the results,” he said, emphasizing the need for calm and order throughout the voting process.

He also appealed for a peaceful exercise, noting that elections should not divide the community.

The Mbeere North by-election has attracted heightened interest, with parties rallying their supporters as the constituency awaits the final declaration from the electoral body.
