Police from Kikuyu Sub-County Police Headquarters have launched investigations into a suspected murder case,where body of a middle aged man was found beside his vehicle in Muthiga area along the Nairobi- Nakuru highway , in the early morning hours.
Confirming the incident, the Kikuyu Sub County Criminal Investigation Officer, Omondi Ogola said , the scene of the crime was disturbed by the confrontation and that they will use all means to unearth the perpetrators of the heinous act and bring them to justice.
He further urged residents who might have witnessed the incident to step forward and provide information.
The body of the deceased is now at Thogoto Mortuary awaiting postmortem, while his vehicle was taken to the Kikuyu Police station for further investigation.
