A petition has been filed to expel the Democratic Action Party of Kenya (DAP-K)’s Deputy Party Leader George Natembeya from the outfit.

The petition was filed by the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) member Benard Wakamala through J.W.& Frank Advocates LLP.

In the petition, Wakamala accused Natembeya, who is the Trans-Nzoia governor, of disloyalty.

He accused the governor of funding the registration and promotion of another political party known as Conservation for Democracy in Kenya (CoD-K) through proxies.
