Apostle James Maina Ng’ang’a, the founder of Neno Evangelism Church, recently gave his congregation some practical advice about running a matatu business. In a candid video, he shared his personal experiences as a matatu owner, discussing the challenges and frustrations that led him to sell one of his vehicles.

Ng’ang’a revealed that he owns three matatus but decided to sell one of them after it became too much of a headache to manage. He admitted that he had to sell the matatu at a very low price due to the ongoing issues it was causing him.

“I have three matatus, but I just sold one the other day because it was giving me trouble. I had to sell it for almost nothing. It was a real pain,” he said.

Based on his own experience, the preacher advised his followers to avoid getting involved in the matatu business. He also went further, warning born-again Christians to steer clear of certain other businesses, which he believes can lead people down the wrong path.

“Don’t open a matatu business, and don’t buy one! It’s nothing but trouble. Also, if you’re born again, stay away from opening bars, lodgings, or hotels. If you run a hotel and aren’t selling drugs or condoms, that business won’t last,” he warned.
