Social media content creator Madollar Mapesa has responded in an outburst to claims that arose suggesting he was sponsored and shielded by powerful individuals, including former president Uhuru Kenyatta.

In a fiery statement shared online, Madollar dismissed Alai’s allegations, saying the narrative is based on outdated events from his teenage years. He clarified that the only financial support he ever received during Uhuru’s administration was KSh 7 million, which went directly to school fees and accommodation. Beyond that, he says he has never been sponsored or protected by the former president.

“Sponsored on what? Protected from what? Is Uhuru my father?” Madollar wrote. “The only money which I ever received from Uhuru’s government was only 7m towards school fees and housing… from there I have never received anything to do with them.”

He went on to challenge Alai’s focus on his personal life, stating that while Alai continues to drag up his past, he has been steadily working on his career and ambitions.

Madollar, now 28, contrasted what he had done with the rest of his peers, declaring at just 27, his biggest achievement so far has been becoming an MCA something he is proud of. For the future, he firmly declared his intentions to run for Parliament, claiming he believes there are brighter opportunities in store.

“From 16 years back until the present 28 years, you have never lost hope on what happens around my life. Then you have a long way to go,” he said, pointing his finger directly at Alai.
