Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has officially released September 2025 intake placement results in KMTC.
In press statement made on Friday, July 18, KUCCPS asked all applicants to log in through the student portal and confirm the status of their applications.
“Placement results for the KMTC September 2025 intake are out. Applicants should log in to the KUCCPS Student Portal to check,” the agency said.
This comes after KUCCPS opened its portal for new applications on June 24, with the window remaining open until July 7.
The intake targeted students interested in certificate and diploma programs offered by the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC).
How to Check Your Placement
To confirm your admission status:
Visit the KUCCPS portal at students.kuccps.net.
Log in using your KCSE index number, KCSE year, and your password — which is either your KCPE index number or birth certificate number.
Once signed in, your KMTC placement status will be displayed.

This year, KUCCPS had 36 KMTC programmes available for selection, spanning both diploma and certificate levels.
