Tanzanian R&B artist Juma Jux and Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ajoke Ojo have officially concluded their wedding celebrations with a glamorous white wedding ceremony in Dar es Salaam. The event, held at the Superdome in Masaki on May 28, 2025, was the final chapter in a series of events celebrating their union across cultures and borders.

Priscilla, the daughter of popular Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, dazzled in a beautiful wedding gown crafted by the Nigerian fashion brand Mazelle Bridal. Her groom, Juma Jux, wore a stylish white tuxedo designed by T.I Nathan, reflecting the couple’s shared Nigerian and Tanzanian roots in both fashion and heritage.

Their wedding journey began in February with a traditional Tanzanian ceremony, followed by a Yoruba wedding held in Lagos in April. Each ceremony showcased the rich traditions of their respective cultures, drawing admiration from fans across the continent.

The romantic journey between the two was highlighted by a grand proposal, where Juma Jux surprised Priscilla with a heartfelt moment accompanied by live violin music, a gesture that underscored his deep love and commitment.

Beyond the wedding, Juma Jux immortalised their love story through music. He released tracks like “God Design – King of Hearts” and “Olelufe Mi,” featuring Diamond Platnumz, as part of his EP A Day to Remember, a musical tribute to their relationship.

The wedding ceremony in Dar es Salaam attracted some of East Africa’s biggest stars, including Diamond Platnumz, Bahati and Diana Marua from Kenya, Zuchu, and Chibu Dangote. It was a celebration marked by elegance, cultural pride, and a show of regional celebrity support.

Their love story, celebrated across multiple countries, now sets the stage for a new chapter as husband and wife.
