The Martha Karua-led People’s Liberation Party (PLP) is set to be officially unveiled today following its rebranding from NARC Kenya.

The highly anticipated event, scheduled to take place at Liberation House in Nairobi, is expected to attract key political figures, civil society leaders, and party supporters.

Among those expected to attend are Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, and DAP-K Party leader Eugene Wamalwa.

Karua’s recent political engagements, including a meeting with Gachagua, have fueled speculation about a possible coalition aimed at challenging the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) in the Mount Kenya region ahead of the 2027 general elections.
