Former househelp of the Bahatis has been on the headlines after seeking financial help from Netizens following her fallout with her former bosses. Previously, Irene was on the trends after revealing that she was earning KSH 100,000 every month. Her fans took to social media to ask her how she spent the money she earned at the Bahatis household. Replying to the comments, she stated,

” People have been asking me where the money went…. I was not borrowing. They said, from mansion to beggar, it hurt me. Someone sees that Bahati has money and people think it’s my money. People forget if you went to work and agreed this is the money you will get, that’s what you will be given. They will look at someone else’s pocket and that’s their money,”

How Irene Nekesa Used her Hard-earned Salary

Addressing Netizens’ concerns on whether she failed to save any money at the Bahatis households after earning alot of money, she revealed that she had numerous responsibilities adding that she took care of her parents and her siblings.

Nekesa shared, “I sat down and thought about how I would make money. In this life, it’s a must to think. Even if it’s YouTube, I did not have money. The money I had I had I paid a videographer, also I have a child and parents at home. People can plan your salary for you, and you are the only one who knows how to manage it. In a family of eight, maybe you’re the only one they are depending on,”

How Much did Irene Nekesa Earn at The Bahatis Household?

During a recent interview with Commentator 254, Nekesa refiused to reveal the amount of salary she earned at the Bahatis adding that it was confidential and was between her and former boss.

Irene shared, “That salary. Let me ask you, Commentator, right now, if I were to ask you how much you earn in a month, YouTube pays you how much in a month, would you tell me? Story on my salary with my boss is personal. Sometimes you even lie to your friend.“
