The Cabinet Secretary for Health, Hon. Aden Duale, EGH, today convened a meeting with the leadership of the Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU) at Afya House, Nairobi, to assess the progress of the Return-to-Work Agreement signed earlier this year.

The KMPDU delegation included Secretary-General Dr. Davji Bhimji Atellah, Chairperson Dr. Abidan Mwachi, and other senior union officials.

Hon. Duale commended KMPDU for its collaboration and expressed the Ministry’s commitment to fully implement the Return-to-Work Formula.

He stressed the importance of structured dialogue and mutual accountability in resolving outstanding issues and enhancing the working environment for health professionals.
