Global executive networking organisation CorporateConnections has launched its Kenya chapter, becoming the latest entrant in the country’s growing ecosystem of high-level business forums. The move marks the group’s expansion into its 34th market, reflecting Kenya’s increasing influence as a regional business hub.
CorporateConnections, which connects chief executives and enterprise leaders with annual revenues of at least $5 million, aims to foster strategic partnerships and cross-border collaboration.
The platform facilitates peer-level engagement among business decision-makers seeking to leverage global networks for innovation, growth and investment.
The Kenyan chapter will be led by Lilian Gachoki and Nancy Githuku-Kihika, both experienced entrepreneurs who have secured the franchise rights to operate and expand the brand locally.
The two said the network will provide a structured environment for senior business leaders to share expertise and develop partnerships that can drive growth within Kenya and beyond.
Speaking during the Nairobi launch, CorporateConnections Global Vice President Sri Rathi said Kenya’s inclusion reflects its growing economic stature.
“Kenya has solidified its position as a business and innovation hub on the continent,” he said. “Launching CorporateConnections here is a strategic step that aligns with the country’s leadership in enterprise and innovation.”
The platform’s entry comes as Kenyan firms increasingly pursue regional expansion and global partnerships, driven by economic integration across Africa and improved digital connectivity.
Industry observers say the move could enhance Kenya’s visibility in global business circles and attract more high-value corporate collaborations.
CorporateConnections, founded in Dubai in 2004, operates on an invitation-only model that emphasizes trust and long-term relationships among members.
With its entry into Kenya, the organisation hopes to tap into the country’s vibrant corporate community and strengthen links between African and international business leaders.
