Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris finally met Kennedy Arnold weeks after a bold public request caught attention online. Kennedy, widely known as Prince Kennar, had earlier stood in Nairobi CBD holding a placard inviting Passaris out for a meal, even sharing his contact details in hopes she would respond. The gesture quickly went viral, sparking mixed reactions.

On Sunday, April 5, the two met for lunch at the upscale Nairobi Serena Hotel, where they shared a meal and engaged in relaxed conversation. Passaris later described the meeting as meaningful, saying what began as a simple street gesture turned into a genuine exchange about life, dreams, and personal experiences, with even a light football chat coming up.
“Today we finally met for lunch, his treat! We shared a meal, stories, and a glimpse into his world. His journey, his dreams, and his honesty were truly moving. And of course, we had to talk about Chelsea 7 goals yesterday,” the lawmaker said.
Arnold also expressed excitement about the encounter, noting he paid the bill and joking about the cost. Although their meeting was brief due to time constraints, Passaris invited him to join her Easter Monday visits to children’s homes across Nairobi.
