The 2025 Eastern Africa Police Chiefs Cooperation Organisation (EAPCCO) Organs Meeting officially kicked off with an opening ceremony at the Rwanda National Police (RNP) Headquarters in Kigali.
The event was inaugurated by the Inspector General of RNP, Commissioner General Felix Namuhoranye.
Distinguished delegates from across the region are in attendance, including Mr. Mohamed Amin, Director of Criminal Investigations in Kenya, alongside other members of the Permanent Coordinating Committee representing EAPCCO member states.
This high-level meeting, which began on Tuesday, is set to continue through Friday.
Throughout the three-day event, participants will engage in discussions on strategic initiatives aimed at bolstering regional collaboration in the fight against transnational crime, improving intelligence sharing, and enhancing joint operational capacities among member countries.
