The auctioned properties, all located in Nairobi, are part of ten assets slated for disposal following court orders issued in Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Suit No. 20 of 2018 and Suit No. 10 of 2021.

The properties sold and their respective sale prices were:

The remaining five properties, located in Kisumu and Migori counties, are scheduled to be auctioned on October 16, 2025, and the EACC has invited interested members of the public to participate.

In accordance with Section 56C of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, all proceeds from the sale of recovered assets will be deposited into the Consolidated Fund.

The Commission reaffirmed its commitment to identifying, tracing, and recovering assets acquired through corruption and unexplained wealth, emphasizing that no individual should benefit from ill-gotten gains.
