After an electrifying live showdown, DJ Klasiq was crowned the Nairobi region winner of the Smirnoff Battle of the Beats (SBOB).
The competition saw the top 4 DJs battling it out, but it was DJ Klasiq who stood out with their ability to “connect with the crowd, innovate with mixes, and maintain electric energy,” according to judge DJ Grauchi.
“I’m honored to be crowned the winner. The crowd’s energy was unmatched, and I’m grateful for their support,” DJ Klasiq said.
This win propels DJ Klasiq into the national finals, joining other regional winners, including DJ Insta from the Lake Region and DJ Kryptic from the Mountain Region.
The national finale promises to bring together the best of Kenya’s DJ talent.
