Media personality Andrew Kibe has told his fans not to believe, trust or copy anything he says online, stating that all this is for entertainment. It is a comedy show.

His statement comes after years of fans treating his commentary as gospel truth, sometimes imitating his outspoken style or adopting his views as personal philosophy.

He reminded his audience that internet content should not be taken too seriously, as some people and content creators cheat on what they say or say the opposite of what they do.

Kibe’s statement follows after public backlash over harsh remarks he made about musician and rapper Stevo Simple Boy during an interview with Dr. Ofweneke’s podcast.

He encouraged audiences to learn how to consume content critically, as not everything said online is meant to be lived offline.
