Kenyan musician Kevin Bahati has strongly condemned to a man who has accused him of being involved in killing of young girls and selling of human organs.
In a viral video of a man from the Pastor Ezekiel’s congregation, the man stated Bahati was his boss and that the operation was conducted in Nairobi, Machakos, Eldoret and Nakuru. He also claimed the first victims were taken to hospitals where the organs were removed, packed into sacks and transported for disposal before being sold.
Responding to the man, Bahati said in a statement on his Instagram page, “To this young man, even as you chase clout and look for trends it’s very important to know where to draw the line. In simple words he called me a murderer…tell us who sent you to attack me! I will not let this just slide.”
Bahati has urged churches, media platforms and the public to verify information before publishing or sharing it, stressing the importance of responsible communication in an era where viral content can quickly tarnish reputations.
He has stated he will pursue legal action as this is a clear defamation that must be punished and compensated, adding, “Let’s meet in Court!”
