British YouTuber and rapper Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, popularly known as Yung Filly, has been accused of violently raping a fan after a gig in September 2024.
The 30-year-old rapper denied the allegations of raping the 20 –year-old woman without consent in a Perth hotel, in Western Australia, after performing at a nightclub.
“I fancied her and we got chatting. The vibes were good and she had a really good energy about her,” Filly said.
The complainant testified that Yung Filly bit her face and neck, slapping her repeatedly and forced her into degrading acts despite her withdrawal of consent. At the court, the photographs presented showed extensive bruising and bite marks on the woman.
Yung Filly denied choking and slapping the woman but agreed he did bite her numerous times, calling it “love bite.”
Filly is also known for his work with the YouTube collective Beta Squad and appeared in the celebrity version of Bake Off on Channel 4 and presented BBC Three shows.
He has been on bail since and has pleaded not guilty to all charges. Taking the stand, he admitted to giving “love bites” but insisted the encounter was consensual. His case will be heard after his return from the UK in January 2027 in Western Australia.
