UDA tutam agenda

United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Secretary General Hassan Omar Hassan has hosted youth leaders from several affiliate parties at Hustler Plaza, the party headquarters in Nairobi.

The delegation brought together youth representatives from UDA, Pamoja African Alliance, Chama Cha Mashinani, United Democratic Movement, and Kenya African National Union.

They presented a proposal seeking approval to organise a forum that would rally support for the “Tutam agenda,” a youth-driven initiative aimed at strengthening engagement in governance and public affairs.

Hassan Omar approved the proposal, allowing the group to proceed with preparations for the proposed forum.

He encouraged the youth leaders to stay engaged in political processes, urging them to focus on growth while making a positive contribution to society.

“Youth is not just an age group. It must represent a period of ideological clarity,” he noted during the meeting.

The Secretary General also said the party was in talks with other political formations to build wider backing for the Tutam agenda.

The youth leaders said they were committed to working collectively across party lines to advance shared goals, particularly those affecting young people.
