Wolves have completed the signing of Cameroon international Jackson Tchatchoua from Serie A side Hellas Verona in a €12.5m (£10.8m) deal.
The 23-year-old defender has signed a five-year contract with the Premier League club.
Capable of playing as a right-back or wing-back, Tchatchoua was recognised as the fastest player in Serie A last season, clocking an average top speed of 34.88 km/h and hitting a peak of 36.3 km/h.
Born in Belgium, Tchatchoua began his career with Charleroi before joining Hellas Verona on loan, later making the move permanent in 2024.
He featured in 37 games last season, scoring twice and providing three assists.
Tchatchoua becomes Wolves’ fifth signing of the summer window.
He follows the permanent addition of striker Jorgen Strand Larsen (£23m) after a successful loan, along with forward Fer Lopez (£19m), winger Jhon Arias (£15m), and defender David Moller Wolfe (£10m).
