Megahub Connect Limited in partnership with Samsung Electronics East Africa has officially unveiled its second official Samsung Experience Store in Nairobi’s Central Business District (CBD), located at Cameo Building along Kenyatta Avenue.
The new store builds on the success of Samsung’s first Experience Store at Hilton, opened in 2024, and strengthens access to Samsung’s latest innovations through an immersive, customer-focused retail experience.
The new store goes beyond traditional retail, giving consumers the opportunity to see, touch, test and experience Samsung’s latest products before making a purchase.
It features a wide range of products, including Galaxy smartphones, tablets, wearables, Galaxy Buds and other connected devices, allowing customers to explore the wider Galaxy ecosystem and discover how Samsung devices work together seamlessly.
Located in the heart of Nairobi CBD, the store also brings Galaxy AI closer to consumers through practical demonstrations and guided experiences. Customers can explore Samsung’s latest AI-powered features and discover how they can support everyday tasks, enhance productivity and simplify their digital experiences.
Speaking at the launch event, Evelyn Munene, Head of Product and Marketing at Samsung Kenya, said, “We are delighted to mark this important milestone in our partnership with Megahub Connect. This opening reflects our commitment to serving our customers better by creating a space where they can experience Samsung technology first-hand, receive personalized guidance and find solutions that meet their everyday needs.”
The store has been designed as a destination for product discovery, customer education and support, with interactive zones and device spotlights creating engaging touchpoints for customers.
Through demonstrations, product launches, workshops and other community experiences, visitors can learn more about Samsung’s latest technologies and how they can fit into their everyday lives.
Timothy Karanja, Director at Megahub Connect Limited, noted the growing demand for accessible and relevant technology, saying, “Technology continues to evolve rapidly, and consumers want to understand how it can fit into their everyday lives before making a decision. Our aim is to make that journey easier by creating an environment where customers can experience Samsung technology first-hand, receive expert guidance and find solutions that meet their individual needs.”
A key feature of the store is its focus on interactive Galaxy AI experiences, allowing consumers to explore AI-powered features through live demonstrations and guided sessions. The experience extends across the wider Galaxy ecosystem, showcasing how Samsung devices can connect and work together to deliver a seamless digital experience.
Beyond product discovery, customers will also have access to support services, including device setup, data transfers, feature guidance and software support, helping them get the most out of their Samsung devices.
The opening of the Cameo Building store reflects Megahub Connect’s continued investment in strengthening its relationship with Samsung customers and making Samsung’s innovations more accessible. The store will serve as a destination where customers can return for new product launches, demonstrations, workshops, education and support.
Strategically located at Cameo Building along Kenyatta Avenue in Nairobi CBD, the store provides convenient access to Samsung’s latest innovations for technology enthusiasts, professionals, businesses and everyday consumers. The store is now open and welcomes customers to visit, explore the latest Samsung products and innovations, and shop in-store.
