President William Ruto has paid a heartfelt tribute to the late Malava MP Moses Malulu Injendi, describing him as not only a fellow leader but also a close friend and brother.

Speaking at Injendi’s home in Malava, Kakamega County, where he joined mourners to celebrate the legislator’s life, Ruto praised his leadership and dedication to public service.

“I have lost not just a fellow leader and a true friend but also a brother. Moses Malulu Injendi was a gifted and firm leader who served the people of Malava with distinction,” the President said.

Ruto highlighted Injendi’s unwavering commitment to development, particularly in the education sector, and his relentless efforts in advocating for women’s empowerment.

“Moses was simply a good man. His remarkable work in Malava Constituency—especially in education—will forever guide, shape, and influence our future,” he added.

The late MP, who was known for his focus and hard work, leaves behind a legacy of service and development in Malava. His contributions, President Ruto noted, would continue to inspire many.
