KeNHA has announced that a part of the road the side heading toward Mombasa road starting Saturday night, July 12, at midnight. It’ll stay closed through Sunday, July 13, until midnight.

The stretch affected is near Syokimau Railway Station, right around the Naivas near JKIA. They’re putting up steel beams for the new footbridge there, so that section of the road has to be shut for safety reasons.

KeNHA is asking drivers to follow the directions from police and traffic marshals who’ll be around. There’s a traffic plan in place, but still give yourself extra time or try to use a different route if you can.

It’s a one-day thing, but for those heading to the airport, the railway station, or anywhere along that stretch, plan ahead.
