Renowned Kenyan televangelist and preacher Rev Lucy Natasha Carmel has made an important announcement affecting her ministry, sparking conversation among followers and social media users.

Taking to Instagram, the founder and general overseer of Shalom Empowerment Nation shared a notice informing congregants that the church will no longer be holding physical services at its usual venue for the time being. The announcement, boldly branded “Important Announcement,” was shared through her verified account and accompanied by a striking image of the preacher dressed in vibrant African attire.

According to the statement, venue challenges have made it impossible for the ministry to continue gathering at Biashara Plaza Rooftop, where services have been held. As a result, all church services will now be conducted online until further notice.

“Due to venue challenges, starting this Sunday the 11th, we shall not be gathering at Biashara Plaza Rooftop,” the statement read.
“All services will remain online until further notice.”

Rev Lucy Natasha encouraged members of her congregation to remain prayerful and united during this transition period, describing it as a step toward a future God-ordained space. She reassured followers that the ministry remains active and connected despite the change in physical location.

“Please stand with us in prayer as we transition toward our own God-ordained space. Let’s stay connected,” she added.

The announcement has drawn mixed reactions online, with many supporters offering prayers and encouragement, while others expressed curiosity about the next chapter for the fast-growing ministry. Rev Lucy Natasha is known for her strong digital presence, meaning the move to online services is unlikely to slow down her engagement with followers.
