President William Ruto has officially flagged off the highly anticipated 2025 WRC Safari Rally Kenya at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), marking the start of an exhilarating four-day motorsport spectacle.
Following the flag-off ceremony, the rally cars will proceed to the Super Special Stage at Kasarani, located 16 kilometers west of Nairobi.
The action then shifts to Naivasha, where drivers will tackle Mzabibu, a new stage introduced in this year’s competition.

The rally will culminate on Sunday with the high-stakes Wolf Power Stage in Naivasha, bringing the adrenaline-packed event to a thrilling close.
Safari Rally Kenya is regarded as one of the most challenging and unpredictable races on the WRC calendar.
This year’s edition is expected to attract over 100,000 spectators in Naivasha, with a global audience of more than 85 million following the event live.
The competition, known for its demanding terrain and unpredictable weather, continues to cement Kenya’s place as a premier motorsport destination.
