Liverpool and Manchester City will both face 15-time champions Real Madrid in the Champions League phase, while Tottenham and Newcastle take on holders Paris Saint-Germain.
The expanded 36-team format, introduced last season, features six Premier League clubs for the first time. However, English teams cannot meet until the knockout rounds.
Liverpool, six-time European champions, also face Atletico Madrid and last season’s runners-up Inter Milan.
City, managed by Pep Guardiola, will take on Napoli and Borussia Dortmund. Napoli’s visit to the Etihad could mark Kevin De Bruyne’s return following injury.
Chelsea have been drawn against European heavyweights Barcelona and Bayern Munich, along with Cypriot side Pafos, now home to former Blue David Luiz. Arsenal will also face Bayern and Inter, setting up a clash with former striker Harry Kane.
Newcastle welcome Barcelona to St James’ Park in their return to Europe’s top competition, while Tottenham – Europa League winners last season – face Dortmund and Monaco.
The league phase kicks off on 16 September, with the final round of matches scheduled for 28 January 2026. Fixture dates will be confirmed in the coming days. This season’s final takes place in Budapest.
