Comedian and TV personality Oga Obinna has issued a strong warning to celebrities and public figures, urging them to desist from airing their businesses publicly for everyone to know.

In a social media post, Obinna observed with concern the growing phenomenon of Kenyans turning against celebrities who venture into business, especially if the business starts booming. He advised artists to “stay low-key” and not reveal too much about their investments.

Wewe sio msanii, ukifungua biashara cheza chini, mtu asijue uko na biashara mahali,” Obinna wrote. “Kenyans will kill you when they have the chance! Ulieke baze yako sambamba na macartels bwana, ungeshakula nini? Sorry bro!
