Representatives from the Nyanza region set to participate in the upcoming National Term Two Ball Games have received a timely morale boost following a donation of training and playing kits from the Eliud Owalo Foundation.

Nyanza region representatives at the national term two national ball games in football and basketball slated for August in kakamega county have received a major shot in the arm after they received training and playing kits from Eliud Owalo foundation.

Agai secondary school from kisumu County received football training and playing kits while still Mary’s Yala from siaya county recieved basketball kits.

Later, the foundation patron Eliud Owalo led a team of former basketball internationals in beating st Mary’s yala school team by 27 baskets to 23. Achola Simon with the report.

The national ball games, scheduled to take place in Kakamega County in August, are expected to attract top teams from across the country. With this support, both Agai Secondary and St. Mary’s Yala are now better equipped to make a strong showing.
