New Master’s Scholarship Available for Kenyan Graduates

New scholarships for master’s degree programs for Kenyan graduates are now available. According to the German Embassy in Nairobi, these programs are funded by DAAD.

Successful applicants will have the chance to enroll in various universities across Africa. These include Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ghana, and South Africa.

The program covers courses in engineering, agriculture, health, and social sciences. These fields are key to addressing major challenges across Africa.

Students enrolled in the program will not pay tuition. They will also receive funding to support themselves during their studies.

Additional financial support for research aligned with the course taken.

Applicants must be graduates from Sub-Saharan African countries and must hold an undergraduate degree.

Applicants will be required to submit their certificates, resume, and letter of motivation. The process will take place through the DAAD portal.

Some of the courses require an additional application process at the relevant universities.

Organisers of the program are calling on female students and those from disadvantaged backgrounds to apply.

The last date for submission of applications is April 29, 2026.
