The Safari Sevens returns for its 28th edition, promising not only thrilling rugby action but also an electrifying entertainment programme that will transform Nyayo Stadium into a festival of sports, culture and music.
Kenyan musicians Nameless and Mejja are set to entertain at the 2026 Safari Sevens which will run from October 9 to 11. The entertainment will kick off with DJ Confy and Grill setting the pace. Breeder LW is also expected, along with DJ Joe Mfalme, while Claudia Naisabwa and BM Shaxxy will serve as MCs.
This year’s edition will feature teams from Kenya and beyond, with matches running throughout the weekend.
The Safari Sevens involves Kenyan rugby, which supports the National Sevens Circuit and the HSBC SVNS 2 event in Nairobi.
The entertainment lineup is sponsored by Tusker with a Ksh 14 million sponsorship, aimed at enhancing the overall event experience for fans while supporting the delivery of rugby and entertainment throughout the tournament.
