Former Attorney General Justin Muturi has dismissed the possibility of entering into a coalition agreement with any political party in the country, arguing that such pacts have failed to serve the nation’s interests.

Speaking on Sunday during the opening of a new National Independent Church of Africa in Kaunjira, Imenti North, Meru County, Muturi said past coalition arrangements have largely been driven by selfish motives of political leaders rather than the common good of Kenyans.

He emphasized that alliances formed in recent years have undermined national progress by prioritizing personal gains over collective development, adding that the country needs leaders committed to service rather than political bargains.
