Kenya Breweries Injects Sh22 Million Into Safari Sevens

Kenya Breweries Limited (KBL) has announced a Sh22 million sponsorship for the 2024 Safari Sevens Rugby Tournament kicking off on October 11 at Machakos Stadium.

KBL Managing Director, Mark Ocitti appreciated the partnership between Tusker and the Kenya Rugby Union (KRU), which dates back to the inaugural Safari Sevens in 1996.

“This relationship is pivotal in nurturing the game at all stages from the grassroot level to professional levels.” Ocitti said.

KRU vice chairman, Moses Ndale noted that the partnership has not only stood the test of time but also plays a significant role in the development of rugby across the country.

The tournament scheduled to take place from October 11th to 13th marks a historic shift, as it will be held outside Nairobi for the first time.

Kenya Shujaa, Kenya Morans, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Qatar, Shogun RugbyT, Tropic7s, Mayotte

Women`s Teams

Kenya Lionesses, Kenya Cubs, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Tunisia, Tropic7s, Spanish Barbarians, Shogun Rugby
