Mining and Blue Economy Cabinet Secretary Hassan Ali Joho has joined President William Ruto and other senior government and political leaders for a Joint Broad-Based Parliamentary Group, Governors and Executive Retreat in Naivasha, Nakuru County.
Joho said the retreat had brought together leaders from across the broad-based government to assess progress made in implementing the administration’s development agenda and strengthen coordination among different arms of government.
“I joined H.E. President Dr. William Ruto in Naivasha, Nakuru County for the Joint Broad-Based Parliamentary Group, Governors and Executive Retreat,” Joho said.
According to the Cabinet Secretary, the meeting provides an opportunity for leaders to reflect on the progress made so far while identifying areas that require greater collaboration and focus.

Joho said the retreat would also help leaders chart a shared path towards accelerating the implementation of the government’s development programmes.

The Naivasha meeting brings together members of the broad-based government, including members of Parliament, governors and members of the Executive, as the administration seeks to enhance coordination in delivering its development priorities.
The retreat comes as the government continues to push for closer collaboration
