Huduma Kenya has issued a public notice confirming that several of its service centers are currently experiencing intermittent disruptions in their services and branches.

In a notice shared on its verified social media platforms, the agency has acknowledged the inconvenience and assured the public that technical teams are working diligently to restore normal operations.

According to the notice, the services at the Huduma Contact and Tele-Counseling Centre, the Huduma Centre GPO and several other Huduma Centres have been affected.

Huduma Centres serve as the vital link between the government services and citizens, offering essential documentation, registration, and advisory services a nationwide.

The disruptions it will impacts thousands of Kenyans who rely on them daily.

Despite the setback, Huduma Kenya has reaffirmed its commitment to service excellence, urging customers to remain patient as restoration efforts continue.

They noted updates will shared  through its official communication channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok , X and WhatsApp (1919 hotline) .
