Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has attended the burial service of four children who tragically lost their lives in a fire at Gakoigo, Maragua, in Murang’a County.
The children, two boys and two girls, perished when their house was engulfed in flames in the early hours of the morning.
According to eyewitnesses, three of the victims were siblings from the same family.
The police have not yet determined the cause of the fire, which has left the community in shock.
During the emotional service, Gachagua was joined by other prominent leaders from the region, who offered their condolences to the grieving families.
