The national women’s football team, Harambee Starlets, endured a heavy 5-1 defeat to Morocco in an international friendly played Wednesday night in Marrakech.
Kenya conceded just two minutes into the match but managed to draw level in the 20th minute through Fashila Adhiambo.
However, the hosts dominated the second half, netting four unanswered goals to overwhelm Beldine Odemba’s side.
This marks the Starlets’ second consecutive defeat, following a double loss to Ivory Coast in April.
